Our Story

We found our way into Yoga together in 2022 while searching for healing in our own lives. What began as a personal need soon became a turning point. During our time at MDNIY in Delhi, we realized that Yoga was more than a practice for us. It reshaped how we lived, how we thought, and how we cared for ourselves. Yoga taught us that real change begins with the body and the mind working together. It helped us rebuild our health, shift our perspective, and understand the value of living with intention. As it transformed us, our purpose became clear. We wanted to share this experience with others and help people discover how deeply Yoga can impact their lives. This journey continues to shape us every day, and it is the reason we are committed to spreading the message that Yoga has the power to bring meaningful, lasting change.
